Six-Tower Combined Play Structure - High VVZ-VZP6-001-10

The six-tower combined play structure. Three towers with battlements and three low towers are connected by a rope bridge, two rope balance bridges, and two tunnels. Children can access the structure via steps, a sloped climbing wall, a rope net, and a sloped rope net. They can get back down via one of the three slides. The steel structure is weather-resistant, thanks to galvanising and a durable powder-coated finish. The HPL material used is chemically resistant, UV-resistant, colorfast, non-toxic, recyclable, and shatter-resistant. This eliminates the risk of injury to children from sharp edges or splinters. The ropes are made of polyester fibers wound around a central reinforcement, increasing strength and resistance to mechanical wear. Polyester itself is resistant to micro-organisms and weathering, dries quickly after rain, is colorfast, and offers high strength. All fasteners are made of stainless steel and covered with plastic protective caps to increase durability and safety.

HPL - High Pressure Laminates

High-pressure laminate (HPL) is characterized by extreme strength and high resistance to mechanical damage, impacts, and abrasion. This material exhibits continuous resistance to adverse weather conditions and UV radiation, allowing it to maintain its color stability and structural integrity over the long term. It offers exceptionally easy maintenance and cleaning without the need for special treatment. Due to these performance characteristics, it is an ideal choice especially for outdoor applications and use in extremely stressed spaces with a high frequency of use.

Polyester ropes

Ropes made of polyester fibers with a steel core wound around the center provide high strength, durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The rope is resistant to microorganisms, weather conditions, dries quickly after rain and is colorfast.
