After machining comes the next important step - turning.

After precise material cutting, machine turning comes next. It is at this stage that the key axles, pins and bushings that keep the merry-go-rounds or swings in constant motion are created in our workshop. When manufacturing play elements, every millimeter counts – the right clearance and precision mean quiet operation, long service life and reliability in practice. Thanks to precise turning, our components can handle the daily stress in public spaces and minimize the need for maintenance.

After production, there is an inspection that decides everything.

What was manufactured with the utmost precision now undergoes thorough measurement using precision measuring equipment. Even the smallest deviation is significant, so we detect it before it can manifest itself in the final product. Inspection is not just about finding errors.
