HF10 outdoor fitness equipment for people with disabilities – is designed for exercising the upper limbs, back, shoulders, and abdominal muscles. The minimum required area for placing the machine must be 5000 x 3800 mm.

How to exercise – Pushing: Position yourself with your wheelchair so that your back is facing the structure and the handles are in front of you. Grasp the handles and push the arms of the machine upward to a height that is comfortable for you. Then lower the arms of the machine in a controlled motion. Pulling: Position yourself with your wheelchair so that your back is facing the structure and the handles are above you. Grasp the handles and pull the arm of the machine downward to a position that is comfortable for you. Then lift the arm back up to its original height in a controlled motion. After several sets, take a break.

Warning – When exercising, make sure your wheelchair is properly braked. When using this equipment, users must be familiar with the operating rules and follow them. The person using the exercise equipment must be aware of their health condition and physical abilities. Do not overestimate your physical strength during exercise. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
