A. Personal data from contact forms
In the contact forms on our website, you can ask us for more information about the products and services we offer. In order to provide you with the requested service or information, we need to process the following personal contact data: e-mail address, name, telephone number, city/town.
Subscription of information messages regarding the service (e.g. confirmation of sending the form) or service emails in ordered paid services (e.g. contractual documents, order confirmation) cannot be canceled, as it is part of the services provided.
Minors
We do not process personal data or provide our services to persons under the age of 16. If you are younger, you will need the consent of a parent or legal representative to perform our services or any other legal actions.

3. Personal data processing period
We process your personal data obtained through contact forms on the website while providing the requested service - personal meeting, providing information about products and services.
Personal data processed due to the order of services will be stored in our company for 10 years from the date of invoice in accordance with the Income Tax Act, as amended.
4. For what purposes do we process personal data?
If you express interest in our products and services, in a personal meeting, or have a question about our services, we process your personal data to the extent specified in point 1A on the legal basis of Legitimate Interest.
We use third-party cookies from Google and Facebook for statistical and marketing purposes. Your personal data is anonymized in the cookies used.
5. Your rights in terms of personal data protection
In accordance with the processing and protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to request access to your personal data from the controller
- the right to rectification,
- the right to erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data
- you have the right to object to the processing of personal data

- the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time

You can exercise your rights in writing at the address of the controller's registered office, via the electronic address info@verimevzabavu.sk or in person orally in the minutes, which must be clear who exercised the right, what is being sought and when and who drew up the minutes, their signature and your signature; you will receive one copy of the minutes.
We would like to point out that your right to erasure may be limited by a legal obligation to retain data, which we must respect. In addition, courts, law enforcement agencies or other authorities designated by law may request the necessary information.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
