Modern inclusive playground on Medzilaborecka Street

The original playground on Medzilaborecká Street in Bratislava had been in disrepair for almost 30 years and had to be completely removed, including hundreds of meters of weathered asphalt. Grassy areas and water-permeable surfaces were added in its place.

The entire playground is barrier-free and contains an entire section of inclusive elements where all children, including those with disabilities, can have fun together.

All elements are safe, modern, and according to the latest standards. The two dominant features are the Ružinov Fortress - the largest castle we have in Ružinov so far, with two slides and two toboggans, and the largest rope climbing wall in Bratislava, and perhaps in Slovakia, custom-made for us.

The playground offers not only fun for children, but also active relaxation for adults. You can easily exercise here while your child chases around on the climbing walls. Or you can warm up here and run 700 meters down the street to Štrkovecké Lake, where in a few weeks a tartan track around the lake will be renovated - almost a kilometer long.
