Outdoor Fitness Equipment HF08
HF08 outdoor fitness equipment for people with disabilities – is designed for exercising the upper limbs in two ways using weights. The minimum required area for placing the machine must be 4370 x 3700 mm.
How to exercise –
Lifting: Position yourself with your wheelchair so that you can comfortably reach the handles. Lift and lower the right and left parts with weights alternately in several sets. Perform upward and downward movements in a controlled manner and only within a range that feels comfortable.
Tilting: Position yourself with your wheelchair so that you can reach the handles and alternately tilt the arm with weights to the right and left sides. Perform the movements in a controlled manner and only within a range that feels comfortable.
Warning – When exercising, make sure your wheelchair is properly braked. When using this equipment, users must be familiar with the operating rules and follow them. The person using the exercise equipment must be aware of their health condition and physical abilities. Do not overestimate your physical strength during exercise. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult.

Each element in our offer is also available with installation, but if you are interested and want to save money, we can provide you with a drawing of the foundations and assembly so that you can install the elements yourself.
All of our items in the offer have been inspected by the Technical Inspection a.s., according to the relevant standard, as evidenced by the certificates that you can find on the website for each product. Although all of our products are approved by the Technical Inspection a.s., the strictest inspectors for us are those who set out on a journey for fun - and it's not just children.
Our products are designed, developed, tested and manufactured in our hall in Trenčín.
Standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from order placement.
