Four-Tower Combined Play Structure - High VVZ-VZD4-002-10

The four-tower combined play structure. Two towers with battlements and two low towers are connected by a diagonal rope wall, a rope bridge, and two tunnels. The structure includes steps, a sloped climbing wall, a climbing pole, a sloped rope net, ladders, and two slides. The nature-inspired green-and-brown design invites play from a distance. The HPL material used is chemically resistant, UV-resistant, colorfast, non-toxic, recyclable, and shatter-resistant. This eliminates the risk of injury to children from sharp edges or splinters. The posts are made of BSH glue-laminated timber beams treated with a weather- and UV-resistant coating. The ropes are made of polyester fibers wound around a central reinforcement, increasing strength and resistance to mechanical wear. Polyester itself is resistant to micro-organisms and weathering, dries quickly after rain, is colorfast, and offers high strength. All fasteners are made of stainless steel and covered with plastic protective caps to increase durability and safety.

HPL - High Pressure Laminates

High-pressure laminate (HPL) is characterized by extreme strength and high resistance to mechanical damage, impacts, and abrasion. This material exhibits continuous resistance to adverse weather conditions and UV radiation, allowing it to maintain its color stability and structural integrity over the long term. It offers exceptionally easy maintenance and cleaning without the need for special treatment. Due to these performance characteristics, it is an ideal choice especially for outdoor applications and use in extremely stressed spaces with a high frequency of use.

BSH glulam beams

BSH beams (glued laminated timber) represent a premium building material with extraordinary dimensional stability, high load-bearing capacity, and a minimal tendency to crack. Thanks to the multi-layer gluing of dried and visually sorted laminations, they are ideal for structurally demanding configurations, civil engineering structures, and modern play elements where maximum reliability and safety are required. The entire production process takes place under strict quality control, with the removal of natural wood defects, such as large knots or resin pockets, guaranteeing a homogeneous structure across the entire cross-section. They offer excellent fire resistance, as they char slowly and predictably during a fire, thereby maintaining their load-bearing capacity for a long time. Dimensional stability and the natural aesthetic appearance of wood without undesirable twisting, warping, or deformations caused by moisture changes are a matter of course. Furthermore, the environmentally friendly and non-hazardous adhesives used ensure high resistance to weathering and a long lifespan for the entire structure.

Polyester ropes

Ropes made of polyester fibers with a steel core wound around the center provide high strength, stability, and resistance to mechanical damage. Thanks to the internal steel reinforcement, they successfully withstand extreme loads, vandalism, and intentional cutting, ensuring maximum safety for children during play. The outer polyester braiding is exceptionally pleasant to the touch, non-slip, and minimizes the risk of hand chafing. The rope is naturally resistant to microorganisms, mold, and adverse weather conditions. The material does not absorb moisture, so it dries quickly after rain, making the play elements ready for use almost immediately. Thanks to special UV stabilization, it is also colorfast, does not fade in direct sunlight, and maintains its attractive appearance and full functionality for decades.

Each element in our offer is also available with installation, but if you are interested and want to save money, we can provide you with a drawing of the foundations and assembly so that you can install the elements yourself.
